Digital Printing gives On The Mark the ability to do short run quantities of output without the high cost of offset printing set up times. Digital printing provides the capability of printing pictures directly onto vinyl for outdoor and indoor applications. (See our services page for further details) Digital printing also provides the ability to do multi-color jobs using one layer of vinyl. This provides ease during installation, which helps keep the cost of the final job down. Another advantage using digital printing is consistently and durability. When something is done in a more traditional way (layering colors of vinyl), it has a tendency to be applied without consistency. The vinyl also tends to shrink at a more rapid pace, which can lead to parts of the graphic falling off or peeling on the edges. Where digital printed graphics are consistently printed off the printer, no matter how many. The shrinking is less of a factor because there is more adhesive holding the entire graphic together, it is not a bunch of small pieces put together.

Images digitally printed can be more creative and consistent than traditional methods. For example, colors can be faded together, or faded from light to dark, (examples to the left).
Colors can be customized to match specific company colors. (Pantone) colors are not limited to what vinyl manufactures provide.
Sizes can also be adjusted with ease for the same look for different applications.

For example, your logo can be printed with the same consistency. The sign on the front of your building can be scaled down proportionally to the size of a refrigerator magnet.
